The Kampot White Peppercorn is the most rare and delicate of peppercorns. It is made by taking the red peppercorn, soaking it in a brine solution, sun drying the soaked peppercorns and then hand rubbing them to remove the spicy outer skin of the fruit – revealing the delightful, aromatic inner white fruit. Kampot White peppercorns account for about 8% of the annual yield.
